Founded in 1991 in Arapongas, Paraná State, Brazil, Nutriara Foods needed of little time to become a well-structured company, leader in the pet food sector. Initially, the production was directed to birds, pigs, bovine and equine breeders . But in1996 the company introduced its business into the pet segment, expanding the activities and the facilities, adequating the production line and focusing on the investments to the sector.

The results could not be different: today Nutriara offers an enormous range of products addressed to cats and dogs of all ages, sizes and needs . Many products are bestsellers, thanks to their quality and acceptance and they can be found in every region of Brazil . An efficient system of distribution guarantees the supplies to storekeepers in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile.

And the investments in new technologies never stop: Nutriara Company must increase its production with the installation of one more plant unit in Uruguay. The company has also recently incorporated the pet units from Cargil Foods, one of the most traditional trademarks in the market.
